I found a term that describes for the most part how I feel right now. I LOVE my home. I don't want to leave it. I am going to be here forever!! According to PW, I have homeitis. The only circumstance that changes this feeling is the sickies. And let me tell you, we have had them this summer. Yesterday was my turn! UGH! But I am feeling better today and have a to-do list a mile long, wait two miles :)
*Costco (no toilet paper along with several other must haves)
*Safeway (a home cooked meal would be nice)
*Fruit stand (is there any open around here?!)
*Bank (how many times do I have to go here, sometimes I hate it)
*Macy's (because I wanna and Jen told me about some great sales)
*Old Navy, if I make it with three kids (Sydney is wanting a few things from there for school)
I think that will be enough for this morning with the three kiddos in tow. Sydney spent the night with Ali and so will be gone for most of the day I am sure. She was such a big help yesterday when I didn't feel good. She asked if she could play restaurant (fix them lunch) and I said sure. She fixed them lunch, did the dishes without being asked and then took the kids into my office to play while I rested on the couch. LOVE that girl.
I am off to get ready and GO!!
i don't blame you, i love your house too! and i think there is a fruit stand open by red robin and one on 3rd and nob hill.

Glad to hear you're feeling better! I don't blame you for loving your house. If it was mine, I wouldn't want to leave either!! Good luck on getting things done today....:)

I was going to mention the fruit stand by red robin also. I wouldn't be leaving your house either! :) You're crazy if you're taking your kids to Macy's! Not that your kids are bad, but I would never voluntarily take my kids to the mall alone. Hope it works out! :)

I am so happy you love your home. You deserve it. I'm excited to see it with some furniture inside. I hope the sickies leave your house soon. Well, not the actual sickies, but the germs. :) Good luck on your to-do list, I hope you get lots of it done. And you can send Sydney back this way anytime. I miss her!

There is a fruit stand at Russell's nursery. It doesn't have a huge selection, but it has some of the basics (berries, tomatoes, corn, watermelon, etc.). Hope you get some marked off your list!
